Who We Are

Kili Divorce Law PLLC (“Kili Divorce Law,” “we,” or “us”) is a Utah law firm with offices in Lehi and St. George. This policy explains how we handle information collected through kilidivorcelaw.com and through calls, emails, and messages that begin on this website.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect what you provide,
such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, county, the type of
matter, the general issues involved, the name of the other party for a conflict check, and any message
you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may
collect technical information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, the page that
referred you, general location based on IP address, and how you interacted with the site. This helps us
understand how the site is used and which pages are helpful.

Calls. If you call a number listed on this site, we may record the phone number, time, and duration of the call and the page or source that led to it. Calls may be recorded for quality and recordkeeping, and you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your request and schedule a consultation
  • To check for conflicts of interest before we speak with you about your matter
  • To communicate with you by the method you choose
  • To understand how visitors find and use the site, and to improve it
  • To protect the security of the site and comply with legal and professional obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own
marketing.

Confidentiality and Your Consultation Request

We treat information you share as a prospective client as confidential, consistent with our
professional obligations, even if we do not end up representing you. Until we confirm that we have no
conflict of interest, please keep the details of your situation general. Submitting a form or contacting us
does not create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship begins only when we both sign an
engagement agreement.

Text Messages

If you choose text as your contact method, you agree to receive text messages from us about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We do not use your phone number for marketing messages.

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve the site, and call tracking to understand which pages lead to calls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the firm and this site, such as providers of client intake and practice management software, email, phone and call tracking services, website hosting, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or professional rules, or to protect the rights and safety of the firm, our clients, or others.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, through the website form.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including conflict checking, and as required by law and professional rules. Consultation and conflict information may be retained after a consultation even if we do not represent you, so that we can avoid future conflicts.

You may ask us to update or correct your contact information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing office@kilidivorce.com. Some information must be retained for conflict checking and professional recordkeeping.
